We stand by our cashmere creations and guarantee our work, forever. Everything we make is worthy of a lifetime of use. It is made to last.

If there is a flaw in our craftsmanship, we want to fix it. If your sweater got caught on a snag and now there’s a hole in it, we want to fix it.

We believe so deeply that these knits are made to last that we promise to continue to repair and restore your Golightly Cashmere whenever possible. Please contact us if your cashmere has excessive damage.

Include your contact details, a quick note saying that you would like it cleaned, and your return address — so we can send it back to you!  If you have have multiple items, you can add them to the same package under the same shipping label.

 

Please note: Our Tend and Mend policy is not a substitute for your role in caring for your lifetime knit. If your Golightly is accidentally over-washed and your cashmere shrinks, there is very little we can do about it. If your dog chews it and it unravels, we cannot re-knit it. “Guaranteed Forever” means we will repair where possible and always stand by our work. If it is a case of neglect or bad luck, whereby moths eat your beloved, we can repair up to 10 holes, each the size of a pencil eraser. Beyond that, we can provide free darning yarn or charge a fee for the excessive damage.
